Our Story
Warrnambool Osteopathy was founded in 2020, it didn't take long before the locals started to realise the benefit of osteopathy. Fast forward 5 years, and we have osteo Monique (who is a trained clinical pilates instructor and trained in Dry needling), and osteo Megan (who has relocated from Melbourne and has 15 years experience).

Meet The Team
We're a team of Osteopath's who use hands-on manual techniques to assist your bodies structure and to enable optimal function.

Monique is a Warrnambool and Port Fairy local who graduated from the University of RMIT in 2018. She is passionate about treating people from all walks of life and has a special interest in treating ageing and elderly clients. She helps in treating and/or managing a variety of conditions including but not limited to muscle strains and ligament sprains, arthritis, disc bulges, oedema and chronic pain. She has undertaken further training in needling, cupping and clinical Pilates rehabilitation. Monique uses a combination of techniques in her treatments including massage, gentle mobilisations, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, and cranial osteopathy. This allows her to tailor her treatments to each individual to provide the best outcomes. When Monique isn't at the clinic treating, she enjoys running along the board walk, yoga and catching up with friends for coffee. She uses her knowledge of pilates and yoga to assist with providing management strategies for clients to enable long lasting results.
Megan graduated from Victoria University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science (Clinical) and Masters of Health Science (osteopathy) and has worked in a busy multi practitioner clinic in Essendon and simultaneously established her own osteopathic practice in Melbourne.
Megan recently relocated to the South West Coast and Megan enjoys treating people of all ages and has experience in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries/ conditions. Megan utilises articulation, soft tissue, myofascial release, manipulation, counterstrian, stretching and exercise prescription to enhance the body's natural ability to heal itself and optimise health.
Outside of Osteopathy, Megan is a mother of 3 young children and enjoys reading, listening to music, going for walks, bike rides, snorkelling and doing some yoga whenever time permits.
Megan available for appointments on Wednesday's.
